Shipping & Returns


We understand that getting your item in a timely manner is important. All items are hand made within 5 to 10 working days; we call this our processing time. Items are usually made and dispatched much sooner than the time specified however during busy periods such as Awareness Months and Christmas we can reach the maximum processing time.

Once the item has been ‘processed’ we dispatch the item the next working day via Royal Mail.

 Royal Mail offer various delivery options, you can choose which service you prefer at the checkout. We recommend using a signed and tracked service. All items can be tracked via the Royal Mail website at:

UK delivery options:

2nd Class, Signed and Tracked – 2 to 5 Working Days

1st Class, Signed and Tracked – 1 to 3 Working Days

International delivery options

Economy – 20 – 30 Working Days

Standard International – 5 to 10 Working Days

- Personalised Items

All items are hand made upon ordering and are uniquely made for you. This means we do not accept returns and that items are non-refundable (unless faulty) This includes anything specially made or ordered with your choice of name, location, message, or other customised feature making the item unique to you. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

- Damaged items

We try our best to package all items so they arrive to you in the condition they have left us in. Sadly, we do hear of occasions when foot-shape marks appear on packages in the delivery process - resulting in damaged or faulty items. Should this happen to you, do not worry, we will do everything we can to get this resolved as soon as possible. All you need to do is contact us with your name and order number along with a clear image of the package and contents and we will advise how best we can assist you.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to resolve issues quickly and swiftly, damaged orders must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
