1. How long does it take to process an order?

Unless stated otherwise, all orders placed are made to order. 90% of orders are made and dispatched within 1 week, however please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to be made and dispatched.

2. How will I know if my order has been dispatched?

After your order has been made and prepared for dispatch you will receive a confirmation email to notify you that your order has been dispatched. If you selected the tracking option at the checkout you will receive your tracking number within the dispatch email. With your tracking number, you will then be able to track your order within 24 hours of receiving your tracking information.

3. How do I track my order?

If you selected tracking at the checkout you will receive the tracking information within the dispatch notification email. Please use the tracking number to locate your parcel via the Royal Mail websitePlease note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

4. Where do you deliver?

Wild Heart Boutique ship to most locations all over the world! Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand to name a few! If your country is not listed at the checkout, please contact me to discuss your options.

5. What are your UK delivery options?

All items are sent via Royal Mail via the following postal services:

  • 1st Class Standard
  • 1st Class Tracked and Signed
  • 2nd Class Standard
  • 2nd Class Trace and Signed

Delivery option availability and costs are dependant on items within your order. Shipping costs for orders placed within the UK start from £1, the total postage cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout

6. What are your International delivery options?

All items are sent via Royal Mail via the following postal services:

  • International Standard
  • International Tracked and Signed

Delivery option availability and costs are dependant on items within your order. Shipping costs for international orders start from £4, the total postage cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be delayed and subject to a customs charge which is the responsibility of the customer.

7. How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has been dispatched?

United Kingdom 1st Class 1 to 3 Working days 
2nd Class 3 to 5 Working days
European Union Standard 7 to 15 Working days
Tracked & Signed 5 to 10 Working days
International Standard 7 to 20 Working days

 RETURNS

  • Non-personalised items that have not been made to order may be returned to us within 14 days. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging to prevent damage in the post. Please contact us to discuss your return whereby we will provide the information required to process a return. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving the item back. A Returns Form is available upon request.
  • You, the buyer, will be responsible for postage costs both ways unless your item is faulty, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the original amount of postage paid.
  •  Personalised items may not be returned.
  • Earrings may not be returned for health and safety reasons
  • We urge you to return your item using a secure method of postage and obtain proof of posting with insurance. We will not be held responsible for returns that do not arrive and you, the buyer, will be responsible for claiming for any loss via Royal Mail or the company you instruct to return your order to us.
  • We will not refund or exchange item owing to damage from improper use, general wear and tear or age.
  • In the event that we, Wild Heart Boutique, make an error or your item is faulty, we will offer to repair your item, a replacement or a refund and will work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction. Customer service is of paramount importance to us.
