Returns

Personalised items that are uniquely made for you are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless faulty). This includes anything that has been specially made or ordered with your choice of image, name, location, fabric, message or any other customised feature which has made the item unique to you.

When returning a item that has not been personalised, I will provide you with the return address and I always recommend using a tracked service – I cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the return post.

When a return or a refund has been agreed, payment will be made directly back to the method you purchased the item from and will appear on you debit/credit card or PayPal account within 30 days at the very latest, subject to the above terms and conditions.
