Does my jewellery have a warranty/guarantee?

We will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 12 months from the original date of purchase. Please retain your invoice for proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

The warranty offered on items purchased at Wild Heart Boutique does not affect your legal rights and is provided in addition to those rights.

What do I do if my Wild Heart Boutique jewellery is lost or stolen?

The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. 

What is not covered under the warranty?

General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

My Wild Heart Boutique jewellery is damaged. Can my jewellery be repaired? 

This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment. 

We offer a repairs service for jewellery purchased from Wild Heart Boutique which includes:

  • Re-enamelling
  • Replacing components such as jump rings and clasps
  • Replacing settings that have been exposed to water
  • Re-threading charms such as beads and pendants
  • Re-tightening clips and clasps
  • Re-polishing and buffering

These services will be at a small cost and are not covered under the warranty. In order to process a repair you must have proof of purchase otherwise we cannot carry out the repair. In some circumstances it may not be possible to repair the damage caused. For more information please contact us.
